David was very rude to me when I asked him for documents that I needed, that were important to me. His receptionist hung up on me. And all I was calling for is my case number, I was trying to get the documents on my own. He was asking me questions like why do I need them? When do I need them? Why am I calling him? It was very rude. He told me he he was taking care of Pam people that’s paying for their bankruptcy right now and I basically was irrelevant because I already went through it five years ago
