Noah Kane, Esq. is the founder of Kane Law Firm, LLC, a consumer-rights practice based in Oradell, New Jersey. He represents individuals in disputes with banks, lenders, credit bureaus, debt collectors, and large corporations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and state consumer-protection laws. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Maryland. Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
