William (Bill) Umansky has over thirty years of experience offering “Second Chances” to clients who have either been injured as a result of someone else’s negligence or who have, unfortunately, been charged with a crime. Bill discovered his passion for law through personal experience. Growing up in a broken home, he experienced pain at an early age and felt the powerlessness people feel when they suffer trauma through no fault of their own.
