Elizabeth Fairbanks-Fletcher, Esq. is a New York State-licensed attorney and owner of Fairbanks Fletcher Law PLLC. Her firm focuses on issues related to Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy filings, foreclosure defense, and tax debt resolution. She is a tax attorney and received her Juris Doctorate with a tax concentration from Albany Law School. Before earning her Juris Doctorate, Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from Marist College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Elizabeth is currently a board member of the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association and a member of the Local Rules Committee for the bankruptcy court in the Northern District of New York. She is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Tax Court.
