The worst in the business. The term “bait and switch” is the best way to describe Danna. The final straw that pushed her deceitful conduct over the edge was the day of the mediation.
During the consultation, I made it clear that I wanted an in person mediation, no zoom.
The day of mediation, I get a call at 8am saying that Danna wouldn’t be able to make it to the in person mediation appointment but offered zoom. I was furious. I couldn’t cancel bc I’d lose $600 for the mediation. I was forced to agree to zoom the morning of.
I was told to be at home. I advised that’s impossible given the short notice as i planned to take 1/2 from work and lived over an hour away.
I was then told to come to her office instead and we could zoom the meditation from there.
I get to her office and the front staff was confused. They thought I would be at home doing it. I lost my mind. I was then told they’d set up a room for me and i could use my phone for the zoom. I was told i couldn’t be in the same room with Danna. Never heard of such bs in my life.Danna is an absolute terrible person and worse lawyer. She never brought up a single thing that we discussed and planned. Terrible lawyer
